Originally joining the Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB) in the late nineties thereafter the Mortgage Code of Registered Intermediaries and CEMAP registered from 2002. The Mortgage Code together with the Mortgage Code Compliance Board were widely recognised as a classic and robust model of industry self regulation. Having been involved primarily with regulated mortgages, bridging loans, the buy-to-Let and HMO borrowing sector while also maintaining and developing a portfolio of HMO and BTL properties within The South West.
